An old form of salt preservation once used for trade created in a clay vessel upon an open flame. ASIN TIBUOK[ä-sin tē–b ʊ -ʊ k] is a sharp and earthy sea salt presenting mild smoky undertones on the palate. Serve shaved using a microplane to give any dish a “ salt dusting ” . Its application is only limited by the boundaries of your culinary intrigue.

NOTE:   Each Asin Tibuok clay pot will vary in appearance due to the natural cooling process. Some pots will be fully intact, others will have less of the clay pot. This is normal.
