Initial orders paid uprfront in US Dollars. Credit accounts may be established after credit application has been verified, payment is due Net 10 days from invoice date. A service charge of 1.5% will be made on all outstanding balances after 11 days. Collections will begin on all balances on the 90th day.  Distributor bulk order terms: Payment 1) 30% at PO assignment; Payment 2) 30% at Shipping; Payment 3) 40% Net30 Days. Lead Time 5-10 business days unless otherwise notified. Pricing FOB – unless variation of shipping rates and/or exchange rates occurs. All orders are shipped via USPS in the contiguous U.S. All International orders are shipped via FedEx. Price does not include shipping and handling fees. The signature of authorized personnel of your company or organization constitutes an acceptance of these conditions at the time of delivery. Any person in your employment at the time of delivery signing on behalf of your company or organizations shall be considered authorized personnel.  All requests for claims on damaged or unusable merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Effective January 1, 2017 a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) on all xroads Philippine Sea Salts® (xroads) products will be in effect. xroads actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products by its dealers (reseller or distributor), and sales representatives through materials provided by xroads at no or nominal cost. We have implemented this MAP Policy to preserve our strong reputation within the marketplace for providing customers with a quality product. We greatly appreciate the efforts of all resellers to distribute our products and support their customers.

1. The MAP for all xroads products shall be no more than 30% less than the published suggested retail price (SRP). MAP pricing is established by xroads and may be adjusted by xroads at its sole discretion. 
2. All units purchased may be sold on premise (e.g. brick and mortar location) or through dealer’s bona fide website bearing dealer’s company image and intellectual property.
3. MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer within the dealer’s retail location or over the telephone. 
4. MAP does not establish maximum advertised prices. All dealers and sales representatives may offer xroads products at any price in excess of the MAP.
5. Intentional or repeated failure to abide by this policy will result in termination of dealership or sales representatives. xroads does not intend to do business with dealers or sales representatives who degrade the image of xroads and its products. xroads will not provide prior notice or issue warnings before taking any action under this policy.
6. From time to time, xroads may entertain requests to the contrary; however, dealer must obtain written approval from xroads in advance.

This MAP policy has been established by xroads GLOBAL, LLC dba xroads Philippine Sea Salts to protect and ensure the reputation of its name and products which has found its rightful place in the most influential pantries and demanding kitchens of the world among professional chefs and culinary enthusiast everywhere. 

Acceptance of products constitutes agreement to the Terms & Conditions of Resale and MAP Agreement, and is binding if products are not returned within the allowable period of ten(10) days.
